Shipping Information

We stock the raw materials in our workshop and then most products are made-to-order due to the customizable nature. As a result of that, our standard shipping time is 10-15 business days and can sometimes take longer. While we always try to get shipments out sooner, occasionally there are supplier or extreme weather related issues that can cause delays so we cannot guarantee that will always be the case!

Our production team works Monday through Thursday, and those are the days counted toward our production timeline, as the warehouse is not in operation Friday through Sunday.

For international shipments there are some factors we cannot control such as customs, and shipping provider delays that could increase the length of delivery time.
