Shipping policy

We stock the raw materials in our workshop and every piece is made to order, crafted specifically for you, never pulled off a shelf. Because of that, our standard production and shipping timeline is 4–6 weeks. While some orders may ship sooner, we cannot guarantee that will always be the case.

Our production team works Monday through Thursday, and those are the days counted toward your order timeline.

For international orders, there are some factors outside of our control such as customs and carrier delays that may extend delivery times beyond the standard timeline.
