Shipping Information

Every piece is made to order in our workshop. We keep raw materials on hand, but each product is crafted specifically for you, never pulled off a shelf.

We’re a small team of four, and everything is handmade with intention. Because of that, our standard production and shipping timeline is 10–15 business days. While we always aim to ship sooner, we prioritize doing things the right way over rushing the process.

Occasionally, delays can happen due to supplier issues or extreme weather. For international orders, customs and carrier delays may also extend delivery times, these are outside of our control.

Each piece is built to last and made with a level of care you can feel the moment it arrives. We promise it’s worth it.
